Shipping policy

Every order is handled with the same care and precision that goes into crafting each shirt.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: ₹99 additional charge, applied automatically at checkout
  • Free shipping may also apply during special promotions, regardless of payment method
  • All prices displayed include applicable GST — no hidden costs at checkout

Courier Partners

We ship all orders via Shiprocket and Delhivery One, ensuring reliable tracking and delivery across India.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first
  • Need to correct your shipping address? Contact us within the same 6-hour window. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible
  • To cancel or correct an order, contact us at support@kranshay.com or WhatsApp +91 89857 21972 with your order number

One Address Per Order

Each order can be delivered to a single address only. If you'd like items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. We're currently unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

If an Item Becomes Unavailable

In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered it, we'll notify you within 2 working days and offer either a full refund or a suitable alternative.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment status

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges

Packaging

Every Kranshay order is packed with care to arrive in perfect condition and make a strong first impression — with packaging that builds as you go:

  • ₹999 shirts: A sealed delivery cover, protective butter paper wrapping, a personalised thank-you card, and a seal sticker
  • ₹1,499 shirts: Everything above, plus a branded carry bag
  • ₹1,999 shirts: Our complete premium Kranshay gift box — the full unboxing experience

Shipping & Returns

  • Reverse pickup is arranged only for approved return requests
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Important: Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing the order. KRANSHAY will not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information.
